EARTH YOGA EVENT (iluma yoga)

The 12th March kl.14:00-17, you have the opportunity to partake in a sensory yoga experience. Through movement and meditation we explore natural rituals and seasonal cycles of the Earth. Nature and the capabilities of Earth’s constant development and sustainability relate to us - whether we like it or not. We have robust adaptability. We grow both in adversity and in free will. And we have fellowship in our collective demand for inner joy and contentment. Come and allow nature and the rituals of the Earth to consume you and fill your practice.

During these 2,5 hours we grant nature the time and space to incarcerate us. Earthly rituals, movement, poetry and meditation allows us to dive deep into yoga philosophy while inviting a conversation with body and mind.

Besides being a yoga event, the root of our cause also focus on our local community. For that reason an opportunity to donate a voluntary amount to Danmarks Naturfredningaforening will be given. It is entirely up to you if you want to donate or not and you are more than welcome to join without a donation - for free. There is room for all preferences and financial availabilities.

You can expect dynamic vinyasa, deep and rhythmic breathing, yin yoga and meditation.

Bring a journal/notebook since this will start a conversation with both your body and your mind.
