About the Event
This 4. of Advent, Nanna Hofman and I will host a christmas yin and sound event. A soft and sensitizing class with focus on you. We will take you on a journey from soft and relaxing slow flow, to a meditative yin flow, to silent breathing and connecting. Ending the class with a sound journey to the lovely tunes of gongs and singing bowls. Up for getting down?
