Movement is happiness
I love movement because it makes me feel strong, balanced and happy.

I adore physical challenges and stepping outside my comfort zone. In my teens I challenged myself with martial arts. Then I spent years on physical strength through fitness and mobility. Lately, I have picked up yoga as a daily practice, which provides me with balance and all round mobility, strength and flexibility.

Always a curious student

I have over 600 hours of RYT certified yoga teacher trainings, multiple courses in Personal Training as well as +1.200 hours teaching experience with martial arts. But I love to keep on learning. Learning keeps me on my toes and spikes my passion for self-growth.

I will always be a student hungry for more and new movement patterns. There should always be room for basics as well as new found techniques.

Body-mind-connection

I promote a strong physical connection to the body through increasing body awareness, strength, mobility and flexibility. I also believe it is important to build the connection between bodily function and mental appreciation. The bond between the mind and the body is undeniable.

Hence my brand: MOVE BODY MIND.
